The rules for using vizrtech.com. By using the website, you agree to them.

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of the vizrtech.com website, published by Railway Engineering LLC (see our legal notice). They do not cover use of the Vizr service itself (headset and expert console), which is governed by the license agreement signed with each customer.

2. Access to the website

The website is free to access. We do our best to keep it available, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or outages, and we are not liable for such interruptions.

3. Booking a demo

• The demo is free and comes with no obligation.
• It is intended for professionals only. Please provide accurate information, especially your work email: that is where your invitation will be sent.
• If something unexpected forces us to move or cancel your slot, we will let you know as soon as possible and offer you another one. You can cancel by replying to the invitation you received, or email us to reschedule.
• We may decline or cancel any booking that is clearly fake or automated.

What we do with your information is explained in our privacy policy.

4. Information on the website

The content of this website presents Vizr for information purposes only. It is not a contractual offer: the features, terms and pricing that apply are those set out in the agreement signed with each customer.

Impact figures are averages observed across our customers. Results at your facility depend on your equipment, your teams and your organization.

5. What is not allowed

You agree not to:

• disrupt the website or try to access parts of it that are not meant for you;
• use bots to book slots or scrape the website’s content;
• copy or reuse the website’s content without our written permission, except to share a link.

6. Intellectual property

The Vizr name and logo, and the website’s text, images, screenshots and code, are protected and belong to Railway Engineering LLC or to their respective authors. Visiting the website does not grant you any license to them.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the website, or for the content of websites it links to. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, along with the date it was last updated.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not affect any mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it amicably with you; failing that, it will be brought before the courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
