We collect only what we need, we sell nothing to anyone, and we use no advertising or analytics tools. Here are the details.

The contact details we use for outreach come from public business sources (your company’s website, directories, professional networks) or from our previous conversations. You can object to being contacted at any time: just reply to our message or write to us, and we will not contact you again.
We do not make any automated decisions about you, and we do not profile you.
The Vizr service (headset and expert console)
When a customer company uses Vizr, the data exchanged during support sessions (video and audio from the headset, annotations, shared documents, translation) is processed on behalf of that customer and according to its instructions. This processing is governed by our contract with that customer. If you use Vizr as part of your job, please contact your employer first; we will help them respond to your request.
Who has access
Your data is accessible only to the members of the Vizr team who need it, and to the technical service providers that help us run the website, solely for that purpose:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, bot protection, storage of demo requests.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace): calendar, demo invitation and Google Meet video call, business email.
- Google LLC (Google Fonts): the website’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your IP address when the page loads.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone. We may disclose it to an authority when required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
Railway Engineering LLC is based in the United States, so your data is processed in the US, both by us and by our service providers. Cloudflare and Google participate in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, recognized by the European Commission, and also offer the Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. That is why no banner asks for your consent. Only strictly necessary technologies may be used:
vizr_lang: remembers the language you chose (1 year). It is set only if you click a language at the bottom of the page.- Cloudflare Turnstile: the bot check on the booking form may use technical data to verify that you are not a bot.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The website still works; it just won’t remember your language.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- have it corrected or completed;
- have it deleted;
- object to its use, in particular for outreach;
- have its use restricted;
- receive it in a common format to pass it on to another service;
- give instructions on what should happen to it after your death.
Email us at sales@vizrtech.com. We respond within one month. If we have reasonable doubts about your identity, we may ask you to verify it.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the data protection authority in your country (in France, the CNIL, cnil.fr; in the UK, the ICO, ico.org.uk).
Security
The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to our tools is personal and limited to the people who need it, and the keys to our services are never written into the website’s code.
Children
Vizr is intended for professionals. The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.
Changes
We will update this policy if our practices change. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
