Your best expert,
in every technician's eyes.

See the machine through the technician's headset. Point at the exact part. The mark stays on it.

On a video call, a drawing sits on the screen. The camera moves and it points at the wrong part. Switch between the two.

01

Circle, arrow, a word

Drawn in the browser, placed in the room. Marks stay on the part when the technician moves, leans in or looks away.

The right drawing, in view

Send a PDF or a photo: it opens beside the machine. Turn on Guide and the technician's page follows yours — same sheet, same zone.

Two languages, one job

Each side speaks their own language and reads the other as subtitles at the bottom of their view, with your trade's vocabulary.

Hands stay on the machine

Nothing to hold, nothing to aim. Voice both ways, marks in the air, documents floating where they are useful.

The technician decides

Every session starts with a request the technician has to accept. Nobody looks through the headset uninvited.

1

Headset on

The technician puts on the augmented reality headset. Its code is in view — the same one every time, one per headset.

2

Code in a browser

The expert opens a web page on any computer and types the code. No software, no account to set up. The technician accepts the call in the headset.

3

Same eyes

The expert sees, talks, draws on the real machine and sends the right drawing. The technician keeps both hands on the work.

What does waiting
for the expert cost you?

Your figures, not ours. We don't publish averages we can't prove.

Waiting, every year

$0

Most of it is travel time. An expert in a browser is there in minutes.

See it on your machine

Before you ask.

What does the technician wear?

An augmented reality headset running the Vizr app. It shows the real room with the expert's marks and documents on top, and leaves both hands free. We cover the hardware during the demo.

What does the expert need?

A computer with a recent browser, a microphone and the headset's code. Nothing to install.

Can anyone look through the headset?

No. A session only starts when the technician accepts the request in the headset, and ends when either side hangs up.

Does it work on our network?

The headset needs an internet connection over Wi-Fi. In the demo we check it on your site, on your machine, before you decide anything.

Which languages?

Live subtitles in more than 40 languages. Each side speaks their own, reads the other, and the translation can be primed with the vocabulary of your industry.

What does it cost?

A monthly subscription per headset; experts connect at no charge. We give you the exact figure for your fleet during the demo.

Thirty minutes.
Live.

Pick a slot. We connect an expert at a desk to a headset in front of a machine, and you watch a mark stay exactly where it was put.
